DIRECTOR OF MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS - ODC Dance

I am the Director of Marketing & Communications at ODC Dance in San Francisco, CA. I use my creativity, entrepreneurship and leadership skills to devise marketing and communications strategies that support the organization’s strategic business objectives, and manage the marketing team that implements them. I lead initiatives and campaigns to heighten ODC’s institutional identity, promote awareness and recognition of the organization to a broad and diverse constituency, and identify, secure, and grow existing and new sources of earned revenue for the organization, accounting for approximately 50% of the annual budget.

In my time as Director of Marketing & Communications, I have made sweeping changes resulting in increased efficiency and revenue. The ticket pricing and selling strategies I’ve implemented have resulted in an average of 30% year-over-year growth, and consistently exceed goals.

I have established and worked in partnerships with the Asian Art Museum, SF MOMA, Presidio Theatre, and SF Ballet, to name a few. During my tenure, ODC received features in the San Francisco Chronicle, San Francisco Magazine, Dance Magazine, and Forbes.

Head of Content & Creative - ODC Dance

As the Head of Content & Creative at ODC Dance in San Francisco, CA. I owned and oversaw all instances of brand in ODC marketing campaigns, as well as on the organizations 3 building campus. I hired and oversaw all creative contractors and was the creative force behind all ODC Marketing Content production. I devised of, created content for, and executed multi-media campaigns for use across all platforms, print, web, social, and digital.

As ODC’s Marketing Content Producer, I created content towards ODC’s Marketing campaigns. One highlight was directing, producing, and editing a web mini series about the costumes for ODC’s annual holiday show, The Velveteen Rabbit. This included archival research, producing and directing the film shoot in San Francisco, and advising on the videos use as part of a campaign strategy.
